At Storm Equipment we offer an extended warranty of two years from date of purchase to our customers. This warranty is double the one year warranty offered by Metal Pless.  We strive to make the warranty process as simple as possible by allowing you to work directly with us instead of having to go to the manufacturer. Please fill out the form at the bottom of this page, add your photos, and a Storm associate will take care of your claim within 1 business day.  If this warranty claim is time sensitive, please call us at 507.740.1746.

A core charge is our way of expediting the warranty process.  It simply helps ensure that Storm receives your warranty parts back.  Without your damaged parts back, we cannot make a claim with Metal Pless to replace the parts. This core charge is 100% refundable once we receive the warranty part(s) back. If you prefer not to pay the core charge, you can submit this claim with the “no core” product option selected. Upon claim approval we will send you an email with information to return your warranty part. Once we receive the part we will send out a replacement part. The Storm equipment 2 year warranty does not apply to normal wear parts. Examples of this include: Cutting edges, wear shoes, abrasion shoes, curb runners, impact guards, tire savers, hydraulic hoses, couplers, fittings, and coils.

Damaged wiring that has been cut, ripped or abused is not considered for warranty claims.

Damage resulting from an accident or abuse will not be covered by the warranty policy.
